Heather is a business outcomes oriented organization development consultant and executive coach who is committed to helping leaders and their teams define and achieve their organizational goals. Heather’s style is approachable, collaborative and practical.  She is particularly adept at productively coaching leaders and their teams to create the necessary conditions for success while continually helping them develop their leadership skills. 

 

Heather’s ability to meaningfully involve and engage people is a key element of her success in helping organizations initiate, implement, and sustain strategic change. In particular her deep understanding of process and group dynamics has led to success facilitating groups with underlying elements of conflict and mistrust to achieve consensus and commitment.
