Dori has over 20 years of healthcare experience ranging from front line clinical nursing to healthcare leadership development. She has witnessed the value of coaching with leaders as they transition to a leadership style that values openness, curiosity and compassion. Creating a coaching culture in complex work environments has empowered leaders to function more effectively with their teams.
