ExperienceChange simulates the challenges of real world change, without the real world scars. From analysis through to planning and implementation, ExperienceChange replicates an 18 month change journey in a one-day workshop.
This workshop is built around an online simulation that enables participants to put change management theory in action as they guide a fictitious and ailing high-technology company through its change effort. The simulation realistically presents real world pressures that participants typically encounter when tackling their own change initiatives such as resource constraints, imperfect information and fear of failure.
Following the simulation, participants engage in a debrief session to apply the lessons learned to the challenges of implementing and sustaining change in their own organizations. ExperienceChange provides an excellent foundation for the subsequent delivery of the Prosci suite of change management training programs.
All organizational levels, from executives to front-line employees, can benefit from participating in this program.
